TUSCALOOSA, Ala. -- Alabama rolled to a 9-3 win over Saint Louis Sunday. The Crimson Tide went 2-1 in the three-game series.

Alabama took a 2-0 lead in the bottom of the second after a two-RBI single by Austen Smith. Saint Louis tied the game in the third, but a massive seven-run inning for the Tide in the seventh would put the game out of reach.

Chance Vincent hit a two-RBI double to left center, Saint Louis walked in a run, Ben Moore hit an RBI single, Kyle Overstreet hit a two-RBI single and Smith hit a sac fly for an RBI that put Alabama up 9-3.

Smith went 1-2 with three RBIs and Overstreet and Vincent both went 1-3 with two RBIs in the game.

The winning pitcher was Jon Keller. He went four innings and gave up no runs and only one hit. Ray Castillo (Russell County) pitched for three innings and gave up two runs on two hits with a strikeout and three walks.

Alabama (2-1) will host Stephen F. Austin for a three-game series beginning Friday at 7:05 p.m.
