High school roundup: Northside boys and girls, Columbus girls win region titles

BAINBRIDGE, Ga. -- Matthew Richardson led Northside with 19 points in a win over Bainbridge in the Region 1-AAAAA championship game. This is the first time Northside's boys and girls teams have won the region in the same year.

Northside will host Richmond Hill, the No. 4 seed from Region 3, on Friday.
