Cal shuts out Auburn 5-0

AUBURN, Ala. -- Auburn left-hander Michael O'Neal fell to 0-2 with a 5-0 loss to Cal on Saturday at Plainsman Park.

O'Neal (Pacelli) pitched five innings and allowed four earned runs on four hits.

Alex Schick picked up the win in relief for the Bears.

Brandon Farney and Nick Halamandaris knocked in two runs apiece for Cal.

The Tigers were limited to seven hits. Dan Glevenyak was the only Tiger with two hits.
