Georgia's top 10 winningest seasons in SEC play.

1. 1990: 13-5, won SEC regular-season championship, eliminated in tournament quarterfinals.

2. 1985: 12-6, finished alone in second place, eliminated in tournament semifinals.

3. 2014: 12-6, finished tied for second place, will open play in tournament quarterfinals Friday.

4. 2003: 11-5, did not participate in SEC tournament, season was later vacated because of NCAA violations.

5. 1970: 11-7, finished tied for third, no SEC tournament existed.

6. 1968: 11-7, finished tied for fourth, no SEC tournament existed.

7. 2002: 10-6, tied for first place in SEC East, lost in quarterfinals of SEC tournament.

8. 1987: 10-8, tied for third, eliminated in tournament semifinals.

9. 1997: 10-6, lost to Kentucky in SEC championship game.

10. 1982: 10-8, finished sixth, eliminated in tournament quarterfinals.

Note: The SEC featured an 18-game schedule from 1967-1991 and a 16-game regular season from 1992-2010.
