Illegally parked vehicle leads to meth arrest

Police charged a 38-year-old man with intending to distribute methamphetamine Wednesday after he was stopped for illegal parking near the Manchester Expressway Golden Donut, according to a police report.

Officers did not disclose the amount of meth found during the stop, which occurred at about 9 p.m. Shelby Ruhland was arrested and charged shortly after. He was taken to Muscogee County Jail.
