Georgia ties LSU after 13 innings

BATON ROUGE, La. -- Sunday's game between the Georgia Bulldogs and LSU Tigers ended in a 2-2 tie after 13 innings. The teams were forced to end the game because no new inning could start after 3:45 p.m. due to an SEC travel rule.

Hunter Cole hit an RBI double and Jared Walsh brought in a run on a groundout in the top of the first for Georgia, marking the only runs the Bulldogs would get in the game.

LSU scored on run in the fifth and one in the seventh to tie the game.

Patrick Boling pitched six inning for Georgia. He gave up two runs on seven hits with two walks.

The Bulldogs (14-10-1, 1-4-1) will host Clemson Tuesday at 7 p.m.
