Victim tells police 'Coco' hit him with his vehicle

A Winston Road man told police that someone nicknamed "Coco" hit him with his vehicle, according to a police report.

Around 11:51 p.m. Thursday, the 48-year-old victim told police he was struck by a Ford Crown Victoria with light blue flames.

Although the suspect is listed as a stranger, he's described a a young black male with a short afro and goes by Coco. There are two witnesses listed.

The victim suffered scratches on his right arm and is in good condition.
