Cougars split twinbill with Flagler

ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. -- The Columbus State Cougars split a doubleheader with Flagler Sunday.

CSU won the first game 11-9 before falling 11-10 in the nightcap.

Brendan Collins went 2-for-6 with three RBIs in Game 1 and Carson Bowers went 2-for-4 with three RBIs in Game 2.

Sean Muller (2-1) picked up the win and Caden Ferguson (4-3) absorbed the loss for CSU.

Columbus State (25-10, 13-4) will finish the series at Flagler today at 3 p.m.
