Aggravated stalking suspect sought by police

Officers are on the lookout for suspect Deshawn T. Shorter after allegedly committed aggravated stalking at a Gazebo Way apartment Sunday, according to a Columbus Police report.

The victim said she was with a friend at her 1200 block apartment at 8 p.m., when suddenly someone began banging loudly on the door. The victim caught sight of Shorter, who she has an active restraining order against, and immediately called police.

Shorter was not arrested during the incident. He is described as a 21-year-old black man. His street of residence is unknown.
