Owings Mills, MD (SportsNetwork.com) - The Baltimore Ravens have signed veteran running back Justin Forsett to a one-year deal.

Forsett, 28, has played for three teams the past three years and only saw action in nine games for the Jaguars last season before breaking his foot in December.

New Ravens offensive coordinator Gary Kubiak was Forsett's head coach in Houston in 2012, when he ran for 374 yards and a touchdown on 63 carries.

The University of California product has totaled 1,692 rushing yards and 850 receiving yards in his five-year pro career and owns a 4.9 yard-per-carry average.
