LaGrange woman says man hit her and stole cell phone

The LaGrange Police Department has issued warrants for Cordero Cameron-Jones, 27, of Everette Street in LaGrange, Ga. on the charges of simple battery FVA and robbery by snatch FVA.

According to a police report, a 20-year-old LaGrange woman told police that Cameron Jones struck her in the face during an altercation and snatched a cell phone from her hand before leaving the area.

Police received the call in reference to a fight on Everette Street Sunday at approximately 10:27 a.m.

The Criminal Investigations Section conducted an investigation into the incident.
