Loitering with four others led to a intent to distribute marijuana charge for a 32-year-old man Monday, according to a Columbus Police report.

Officers arrested Jerome Battle after he was seen loitering near a car parked outside an Eighth Avenue building. Police transported him to Muscogee County Jail after he was found in possession of an undisclosed amount of marijuana.
