Three people were arrested Tuesday after the Special Operations Unit raided a Twin Chapel Drive home and found methamphetamine and heroin, Columbus police said.

Police Capt. Gil Slouchick said agents with a drug sniffing dog raided the home about 11:30 a.m. Agents found a small amount of marijuana, about 2.5 grams of methamphetamine and about 3 grams of heroin.

Amy Dudley, Joshua Dudley and Christopher Sullivan were taken into custody on possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute charges. They are held in the Muscogee County Jail for a 9 a.m. Thursday hearing in Recorder's Court. Each is also charged with possession of drug related objects and possession of marijuana.

Slouchick wouldn't specify what led agents to the home. "We have been conducting an investigation for some time," he said.

No other details were available late Tuesday.
