A 13-year-old A.I.M. Program student threatened to "go psycho" on his teacher Tuesday afternoon, resulting in a simple assault charge, according to a Columbus Police report.

The teacher repeatedly told the student to calm down while he became increasingly aggressive at the 3835 Forrest Road program. He repeatedly told the 58-year-old teacher that he was "about to go psycho on her."

In addition to the simple assault charge, the student received suspension for five days.
