Carl Gregory employee reports being kidnapped, car stolen

A female employee of Carl Gregory Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep on Victory Drive in Columbus reported being kidnapped Saturday during the hijacking of a vehicle.

According to a police report, the woman was on a test drive with someone she thought to be a customer.

It was around 5:30 p.m. in the 2500 block of Blanchard Boulevard when the driver stopped the car.

Two armed men then approached the vehicle .

The woman told officers that she was forced out of the passenger seat and into the backseat.

She was released in another location.

It was at intersection of Macon Road and Chattsworth Road that officers met with her.

The report was made at 7:20 p.m.

The car is a red 2014 Dodge Charger valued at $35,000.

The case is under investigation.
