Rosalind Mosley

A 33-year-old Lawyers Lane woman was charged with cocaine possession near a Rigdon Road apartment complex Monday, according to a Columbus Police report.

An officer stopped Rosalind Mosley after he noticed she dropped something on the ground as he drove past. When he examined the object, he found a small amount of apparent cocaine wrapped inside tin foil, according to the report.

Mosley first denied ownership, then resisted when she was being placed under arrest, the officer reported. After struggling for several minutes, she relented when the officer pinned her to the ground.

Mosley was additionally charged with abandonment of a controlled substance, obstruction and disorderly conduct. She was taken to Muscogee County Jail.
