ATHENS - The day and time for Georgia's football debut on the SEC Network has been set.

Georgia's home game against Troy on Sept. 20 will air on the SEC Network, and kick off at noon, the conference announced on Thursday. It's part of the plan to have each of the conference's 14 teams appear on the new network within the first four weeks of the season.

The Troy game is Georgia's third of the season. The broadcast networks and times have yet to be announced for the Aug. 30 game against Clemson or the Sept. 13 game at South Carolina. (All available time slots for each of those days are currently taken on the SEC Network. So those games are expected to be on ESPN or ABC.)

The SEC Network's first game will be Texas A&M at South Carolina on Aug. 28, a Thursday. Two days later the network will carry Arkansas's visit to Auburn. Other notable games set to be on the SEC Network include Southern Miss at Mississippi State on Aug. 30 at 7:30 p.m., Central Florida at Missouri on Sept. 13 at noon, and Kentucky at Florida on Sept. 13 at 7:30 p.m.
