Nice, France (SportsNetwork.com) - Saturday's final will pit second-seeded Ernests Gulbis against seventh seed Federico Delbonis at the Nice Open, a final clay court French Open tune-up.

Friday's semifinals saw the world No. 19 Latvian Gulbis whip defending champion Albert Montanes 6-0, 6-3 and the Argentine Delbonis douse France's own Gilles Simon 6-2, 6-4 at Nice Lawn Tennis Club. Gulbis dropped just one point on his first serve on Day 6.

Montanes beat Frenchman Gael Monfils in last year's finale.

The 25-year-old Gulbis is a perfect 5-0 in his career ATP World Tour Finals, including a title here in France, in Marseille, back in February.

The 23-year-old Delbonis is 1-1 in his previous tour finals, including a title in Sao Paulo, Brazil, in March.

Gulbis and the 45th-ranked Delbonis will meet for the first time on Saturday.
