Police investigating report of armed robbery on Armour Road

Columbus police are investigating the report of an armed robbery of two Hispanic men on Armour Road.

According to the police report, the crime occurred Saturday around 2:30 a.m. in a parking lot near Willy's Wings.

A 23-year-old man told officers that a black man in his 20s, wearing a black shirt, black jeans and a black hat, fired a gun and pointed it at him.

The victim was not injured.

It was reported that the thief got away with $110.

An 18-year-old man on the scene said he was robbed at gunpoint of a wallet, $25 and a payroll check for $485.
