One man in critical condition after 12th Avenue shooting

One man is in critical condition and another injured after unknown suspects opened fire on the 2900 block of 12th Avenue Monday, according to Columbus police reports

Police discovered a private vehicle transported a 22-year-old man to Midtown Medical Center after he was shot in the chest around 11:20 p.m.

Another man found on scene suffered a gunshot wound to the left hip. The 33-year-old victim was listed in stable condition, according to the report.

No suspect description was available. Anyone with more information should contact Investigative Services at (706) 653-3400.
