West Point police seeking murder suspect after Saturday shooting

Police in West Point, Ga. are seeking Latrell Harper as a suspect in the fatal shooting of Willis Bulger on Saturday.

According to West Point police, Harper and Bulger got into a physical confrontation at West Point Spirits and Wine on 3rd Avenue in West Point and that Bulger was killed when Harper pulled a gun and fired.

Police say Harper then fled the scene.

Harper is described as a black male standing 5-foot-6 and weighing approximately 130 pounds. Hew has black hair and brown eyes.

Police believe Harper is still in the West Point/Lanett area.

He is considered armed and dangerous.
