A woman told Columbus police that a television was stolen from her home while she was sleeping in her home on Bowman Street.

According to the police report, the woman said she went to sleep at approximately 11 p.m. on Friday and when she woke up at 3:33 a.m. on Saturday to go to the bathroom, she noticed it was dark in her residence. She said she usually leaves on several lights.

It was then that she realized the television missing from her living room.

She said the thief likely entered through a door that her motorized wheel chair was backed up against because she found the chair four feet away from the door.

The estimated price of the television is $180.
