Report: Robbery suspects accost teens in Maricopa Drive residence

Several teens told police four men robbed them at gunpoint Tuesday after entering through a Maricopa Drive residence's garage door, according to a Columbus police report.

The victims, who ranged in age from 16 to 22 years old, told police they were threatened with a pistol by four robbers inside the 3200 block Maricopa Drive residence around 1 a.m. Two of the victims, a 17-year-old girl and a 16-year-old girl, told officers they were sexually battered during the incident.

The suspects were described as driving a gold Ford Crown Victoria A sufficient description of the suspects was not available.
