Chef's Corner: Chipotle sauce adds flair, flavor to shimp

Buckhead Grill executive chef Eric Kilgore and his sous chef, Matthew Teague, prepare Buckhead Citrus Chipotle Cocktail Sauce, which can be used for shrimp cocktail and various fish dishes. Watch an instructional video at videos.ledger-enquirer.com.

Citrus Chipotle Cocktail Sauce

1 quart ketchup

1/2 cup fresh squeezed lime juice

1/4 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice

1 cup prepared horseradish

3 tablespoons ground chipotle peppers or 1 tablespoon canned chipotle peppers in Adobo sauce

3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

Combine all ingredients well and let sit, refrigerated, for at least three hours.
