Springer Theatre Academy students share gift of song with children at Children's Hospital at Midtown Medical Center

More than two dozen students from the Springer Theatre Academy delivered Thursday morning 152 get-well cards and 71 gift bags to the Children’s Hospital at Midtown Medical Center. They also visited with and sang for patients and staff. The effort is part of a new service component added to the theatre academy's summer programs, which this summer will serve about 600 kids ages 5-18. This is the academy’s second service project of the summer.
