Notice of Sale Under Power. State of Georgia, County of MUSCOGEE. Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in a Deed to Secure Debt given by GUILLERMO RIVERA, JR. AND JEANETTE RIVERA to MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.
