There's going to be "Drinking & Drawing at the Columbus Museum," at 6-9 p.m. July 16. It's a Columbus Contemporaries event at the museum, 1251 Wynnton Road.
Guests can have cocktails, hors d'oeuvres and the opportunity to view and buy works by local artist Nicolas Gracey, who is the graphic designer at the RiverCenter for the Performing Arts.
At 7:30 p.m., Gracey will teach a step-by-step drawing class for those who sign up to participate.
It's free for Contemporaries members, $10 for non-members.

The Drinking & Drawing class is an additional $20 (includes art supplies) for all participants. The class space is limited to the first 35 people to sign up.
Reservations are required by July 14.
