Game times set for area high school baseball series

Game times for four GHSA state quarterfinal series have been announced.

Columbus and Pacelli will play their third straight home series starting Tuesday.

Columbus will host St. Pius X in a Class AAA doubleheader at 1 p.m. If a third game is necessary, it would be at 1 p.m. Wednesday.

Meanwhile, Pacelli will host Landmark Christian in a rematch of last year’s Class A state championship series. The first two will be played on Tuesday starting at 4:30 p.m. The if game would be at 2 p.m. Wednesday.

Northside and Brookstone will both be on the road for their series.

Northside will be at Cartersville, starting with a twinbill at 4 p.m. Tuesday. The if game would be at 5 p.m. Wednesday.

Brookstone will be in Rome to play Darlington. Tuesday’s doubleheader will be at 2 p.m. The if game would be at 4 p.m. Wednesday.
