A case of mistaken identity turns a bored married couple’s attempt at a glamorous and romantic evening in New York City into something more thrilling and dangerous. You have Tina Fey showing up in all her brilliance and hotness and Steve Carell bringing the funny. This looks like a good one, especially for couples.
Rated PG-13 for sexual and crude content throughout, language, some violence and a drug reference.
LETTERS TO GOD
A boy afflicted with cancer begins writing letters to God. A postal worker as well as many other people eventually become involved in getting the lad’s correspondence to its destination.
The movies is inspired by a true story and may have little appeal for non-Christians. This movie involves many crewmembers from the production of the film Fireproof. Rated PG for thematic material.
A high school kid who loves comic books asks the question, “Why do you need superpowers? Why can’t a costume, good intentions and intestinal fortitude be enough to be a superhero?” I’m really liking what I’m seeing about this movie. The advance buzz has been first rate. Not for kids. Rated R for strong brutal violence throughout, pervasive language, sexual content, nudity and some drug use .
