Columbus nightclub H2O is almost back afloat.
After extended renovations, the Veterans Parkway hangout is scheduled to reopen Saturday night with a concert by local band Classic Addict. The party will boast drink specials, new decor and the venue’s new upstairs bar.

The thought of expanding your nightlife habits to include a new venue — much less one that hasn’t been open lately — is a bit intimidating.
Never miss a local story.
But maybe you should use this weekend to give your party habits a spring overhaul.
There’s nothing wrong with having a favorite bar. However, when its grimy bathrooms invade your dreams on a nightly basis, you know you’re in a rut.
These nightlife aspects might also need spring cleaning:
Your dance moves. Still convinced your version of the robot feels like the first time — every time? Give up the dream. It’s time to recharge.
Your drink of choice. Your quest to revive Zima’s popularity is futile. Switch to Arbor Mist.
Your party crew. I’m not encouraging a friend breakup, just a simple assessment of the forces dominating your Saturday nights. If one of those forces always needs to borrow $5 for a cover charge, you might be in trouble.
