7:47 p.m.: Miss Georgia 2009 Emily Cook and hip hop dance group UNEEK-EFX sing and dance to Lady Gaga's "Telephone" as the Miss Georgia contestants now in the swimsuit competition come on stage and dance. They're all wearing white outfits.
7:41 p.m.: Miss Georgia 1998 April Brinson Slaughenhoup and corporate event planner/producer Michael Ruddell come out and the curtain closes as the stage crew gets the set ready for swimsuit competition.
7:39 p.m.: Now, Georgia's Outstanding Teen 2009 Brianna Godshalk comes out and the 36 contestants introduce themselves.
7:37 p.m.: The Miss Georgia contestants come out and introduce themselves.
7:35 p.m.: The curtain opens, with Miss Georgia 2009 Emily Cook and hip hop dance group UNEEK-EFX in the center of the stage. The contestants, both Miss Georgia and Outstanding Teen, walking on stage.

7:33 p.m.: The audience members are waving signs and LED light-chasers, waiting for the contestants to come to the stage.
7:30 p.m.: The show begins with Mandie Best, Georgia's Outstanding Teen 2004, singing the National Anthem.
7:26 p.m.: The atmosphere seems much more charged tonight than Wednesday and Thursday in the Bill Heard Theatre inside RiverCenter for the Performing Arts.
People are coming in earlier, looking for their seats and getting their things together before the show starts.
The judges have arrived and are also taking their seats.
DJ LuCa has been spinning tunes the last 15 minutes or so, playing Michael Jackson songs as well ones by R. Kelly.
People seem to be taking more notice of the music tonight, with some dancing in front of their seats.
People were asked to wear their pajamas for the Miss Georgia 5K run after the pageant. There are a few in their PJs, but not many.
