I think Tim Urban might finally get the boot. I'm only about 40 percent confident, though. With the exception of Crystal, Tuesday's performances were all pretty mediocre. I even think the judges were a bit too enthusiastic while praising Lee.
DialIdol has Big Mike, Tim and Casey as its bottom three. I'm not surprised.
Some people might throw Aaron in there. He obviously seems to have lost some steam in recent weeks. Two experts in the LA Times' Buzzmeter think Aaron will go home.
Even though my money's on Tim, I'd rather see Big Mike or Aaron go. I feel like Tim has improved in recent weeks, while Big Mike and Aaron have only gotten more forgettable.
Bottom line: Do ANY of those guys have a genuine shot at winning? No.
Remember, tonight's results show is 8-10 p.m. and coincides with Idol Gives Back, the show's charity special.
I'll live-blog the show as usual. In the meantime, check out Entertainment Weekly's list of the 20 best "Idol" performances ever. Sorry, but I don't think Fantasia deserves the No. 1 spot.
