Welcome to my blog, 20 something. I’m 25, which puts me smack in the middle of the best time of my life -- right?
I think the title of this blog should really have a question mark at the end of it -- 20 something? -- because I’ve got questions about what I want out of my life and career and how to go about getting it. But I also want your questions and thoughts about life as a 20-something.
Maybe you’re trying to figure out how to turn that double major in English and philosophy into a viable career that you enjoy.
Maybe you’re wondering how you’re supposed to stretch your paycheck -- which is a lot smaller than you envisioned -- to cover rent, car insurance, groceries and student loan payments and still have money to go out on the weekends.
Maybe your parents keep asking you when you’re going to settle down with “someone special” and start saving for retirement.
Or maybe you live with roommates and all you want in life is a clean bathroom every once in a while.
I don’t promise to have all the answers, but maybe we can help each other figure life out, before we have to grow up and become 30-somethings.
