Callaway Gardens is offering variety of activities, events and packages to shake off those Winter blues and tell Jack Frost to get lost.
“Callaway Gardens is a great place with both indoor and outdoor activities to engage both young and old,” said Patricia Collins, director of gardens for Callaway Gardens. “We invite everyone to come and explore the Gardens any time of year but our offer of free admission through February 29, 2012, is an added bonus to come soon. Get your family and friends away from the television and computers for a break. We look forward to having them here to have fun and learn.”
Military (active and retired with identification) receive free admission on general admission days for themselves and up to five guests in the same vehicle and half-price to Special Events that normally occur on holiday weekends. Now is a great time to have non-military friends and family meet at Callaway Gardens to spend some time together.
Dedicated recreational packages are available for those with a specific getaway in mind including the TreeTop Adventure package, World-Class Golf package and Tennis Getaway package.
“With such a variety of facilities, guests can always count on Callaway Gardens to offer unique packages and events,” Collins said. “We’re glad to have guests here having fun while they are learning a little bit about the environment.”
