Edison Woman Held On Murder Charge
A 35-year-old Edison, Ga., divorcee is being held without bond on a murder charge today after she was indicted Saturday for the cyanide poisoning of a young expectant mother.
Mrs. Shirley Blankenship was arrested about 11:45 a.m. Saturday, less than an hour after an Early County grand jury had returned a murder indictment against her in connection with the March 24 poisoning of Mrs. Don. Bush.
