David Serrato, co-owner of the Locos Amigos Cantina on Broadway says when he’s behind the bar, all he can do is pour beer, make a pre-made frozen margarita and make a rum-and-Coke.
“I don’t make drinks,” he said while laughing. “I hire the bartenders.”

Online today, bartender/ waitress Leticia Valencia makes a Hideous Margarita.
1 ounce Hideous liqueur (made of berries from the Northwest) 1 ounce triple sec 1 1/2 tequila 3 ounces of margarita lime mix
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Pour all ingredients in the shaker. Shake until blended.
Rim the margarita glass with salt. Pour the drink through a strainer into the glass. Garnish with a lime wedge.
