The Georgia Department of Labor's Columbus Career Center will help Almar Housekeepers fill about 20 hotel and hospitality jobs with part-time and temporary full-time personnel. The company staffs hotels in places such as Callaway Gardens and Peachtree City.
The company will be taking applications and conducting on-site interviews Friday from 10 a.m.- 2 p.m. at the career center located at 700 Veterans Parkway.
Applicants must be 18 andf have at least six months of experience in the hotel and hospitality industry. Salaries for the jobs which include bartender, waiter, waitress and housekeeping range from $7 to $12 per hour.
