Auburn to honor murdered Burk with scholarship

Lauren Burk, the Auburn University freshman, who was murdered on March 4 will be honored with an endowed scholarship in her name at the school.

The scholarship will be awarded to incoming freshmen majoring in graphic design with preference given to students from her home of Cobb County, Ga.

Burk was studying graphic design.

Specify the donation is for the Lauren Burk Scholarship Fund.
