Auburn to host veterinary conference

The Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine will host its 101st annual conference April 10-13 with almost 2,000 veterinarians, technicians and spouses gathering for seminars, entertainment and class reunions.

"It's the largest non-football weekend each year in Auburn," said assistant dean Gary Beard. "The theme this year is 'One Medicine' which reflects the convergence of human, animal and public health."

A charity golf tournament will be held on April 10 to raise funds for special projects at the college.
