Summer reading program set to begin at Phenix/Russell library

The Phenix City-Russell County Library's summer reading program will begin at 10 a.m. EDT May 28 in the reading room with "Manard Magic and Music." The library is located at 1501 17th Ave. in Phenix City

Other programs in the series include: The Sherwood Skippers, 10 a.m. June 4 Matt & Daisy (Who are they?), 10 a.m., June 11 Michael Baker, Magician, 10 a.m., June 18 The Smiths Station High Cheerleaders, 10 a.m., June 25 Dave Holland, 10 a.m., July 2 Mr. B.K. and Buster, 10 a.m., July 9

Registration for the reading program is currently taking place, but registration can be made on May 28, the first day of the program.
