The body of a 30-year-old Fort Mitchell woman was discovered this afternoon in Russell County.
Russell County Coroner Arthur Sumbry said the body of Tiffany Folmar was located in the woods about 40 feet away from train tracks near Gilmore Road in Fort Mitchell. She was pronounced dead at 1:55 p.m. and her body was sent to Montgomery for an autopsy, Sumbry said.
The woman was reported missing Monday by her family, according to the Russell County Sheriff's Office. Sumbry said it was her family who first located Folmar's body off Highway 165.
The death investigation is being conducted by the sheriff's office.
