The "Paint the Park Pink" walk and pancake breakfast will be Oct. 18.
All proceeds will benefit the Tidwell Cancer Foundation, a nonprofit organization. The vision of the foundation is to make a lasting impression in the community by educating and encouraging youth to be tobacco free.
The walk and breakfast are part of a breast cancer awareness celebration at Ashley Furniture store, 6499 B Whittlesey Road in Columbus.
Ashley is a sponsor along with WLTZ, Gold's Gym Fitness for Women, Sealy and radior stations Rooster 106 and Sunny 100.
