The daily commute along 13th street in Uptown Columbus just became a little more cheery.
Workers are in the last stage of hanging the annual Christmas display at the Carmike Building, which features Santa and his reindeer "flying" in front of the building.
A crew from All Crane of Columbus began installing the cable and other supporting elements early Monday morning and were adding Rudolph mid-morning today.
The installation was expected to be complete by noon today.
Charles Cowart and brother Donnie Cowart were installing from a bucket, hoisted aloft by crane operater and business owner Ricky Bess.
Bess said he has been doing this installation for 18 years.
