A severe thunderstorm left about 36 homes in Pine Mountain, Ga., without power this morning.

As of 11:30 a.m., about nine crew members were working on restoring power to the Harris County customers, said Robert Watkins, spokesman for Georgia Power. Watkins said customers "shouldn't be out too much longer."

Watkins also said no customers in Columbus have lost power, but that might change if the wind picks up.
