Billy Winn, retired editorial page editor of the Ledger-Enquirer and a local historian, will teach a class on race relations on Wednesdays beginning this week at First Presbyterian Church, 1100 First Ave.
The class will meet in the parlor at 6:30 p.m. Dinner is served for $7 from 5:30-6:30 p.m. The class is free.
