Police in LaGrange, Ga., are searching for three men believed to be involved in a shooting Wednesday.
Police responded to a call at Turner Street at 1:38 a.m. The scene was the Tall Pines Apartments.
There, they found Derrick Moss, 22, of Pine Mountain, Ga., who had been shot in the lower right leg.
Moss told police that he had gotten into an altercation with three unknown men as he was walking from the E Building to his vehicle.
Once in the driver's seat he said he heard various gun shots hitting the vehicle and he crawled to the passenger side door and was hit by a bullet.
Moss was transported to West Georgia Medical Center and surgery was done.
