Police are looking for a man who pointed a gun at a 47-year-old Columbus woman late Friday.

The woman told police that around 11:15 p.m., a fight broke out among several men in front of some apartments in the 2400 block of 16th Avenue. She warned the men to stay away from her car, which was parked nearby on the street.

Witnesses said that's when 19-year-old Aaron Williams crossed the street with a shotgun, pointed it at the victim, cursed at her and told her he'd shoot her.

Williams fled when the woman told him she was going to call 911.

Police have issued a warrant for Williams, who faces a felony charge of aggravated assault. He is described as black, standing 6 feet 2 inches tall and weighing about 150 pounds.
