Among items to be discussed at the Tuesday morning meeting of the Phenix City Council are a couple of annexations.
There is an ordinance to annex into Phenix City a tract of land in Section 7, Township 16 North, Range 30 East, Russell County and a tract of land in Section 18, Township 16 North, Range 30 East, Russell County.
Among other items on the agenda, JT's Place in Phenix City located at 1004 25th Avenue is requesting an on premise beer license and on premise whiskey/wine license.
The request is being submitted by John Houck.
The meeting is 9 a.m.
The Rev. Raymond Cochran, pastor of Franchise Missionary Church, will give the invocation.
