A Valleybrook Road resident had his home broken into and close to $20,000 in items stolen from him, Columbus police said.
The burglary happened between 8:45 a.m. and 6 p.m. Wednesday. When the owner returned home, he found his back door forced open, reports state.
A DVD player, jewelry box and two leather jackets were among the items taken, police said.
