Gregory S. Boughton will perform a public concert at 7 p.m. Friday at Manchester First Baptist Church, 12 2nd St. He is a 1976 graduate of Manchester High School and is currently Associate Professor of Music at the University of Georgia.
The concert is being hosted by the Manchester Woman’s Club, which awarded him a scholarship to Columbus College (now Columbus State) after his graduation from Manchester High.
